This album presents pictures of the famous Franklin's Barbeque in Austin, Texas. You will find the menu plus photos of inside of the restaurant plus the surrounding area.
LOL. Franklin's BBQ is so friggin' overrated. My wife waited for 3 hours on a weekday. The brisket was tasty, but I would not say it was better than Rudy's, and definitely not better than Smittys from Lockhart. The sausage was good but VERY greasy and oily. This place is too much hype. The prices are more expensive than other quality BBQ restaurants like Rudy's and Smitty's. They just designed the place so that you HAVE TO WAIT outside for a long time as they only have 2 workers.
Don't get me wrong- Franklin's BBQ is good, but NOT THAT good. I cannot recommend Franklin's BBQ unless they do something about the outrageous wait time and lower the prices.
